Joni Konstantelos

Managing Director, Riveron

Joni leverages over 20 years of accounting, finance and strategic communications leadership experience to advise clients on a variety of critical issues impacting valuation. Previously, Joni was managing director at Clermont Partners before its acquisition by Riveron. She was also director of investor relations and corporate communications for Broadwind Energy, where she developed and cultivated the company’s investor relations and external communications programs, was heavily engaged with the American Wind Energy Association and other industry trade groups and was part of a successful congressional lobby group to extend the production tax credit for wind energy development. She also held multiple finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility over a ten-year career at SmithBucklin, a professional services firm in Chicago. Joni started her career in internal audit for Sherwin Williams.

Joni holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
